Kevin Frandsen takes his lead off of 1B after a 1st inning single. Frandsen started at 2B and continued his offensive resurgence as he went 2 for 4, with 2 singles, a walk, a strikeout and a groundout to 3B. After a VERY slow start, Kevin has his spring BA up to a respectable .283.

I'm afraid Kevbo is playing his way onto the Active Roster....as a utility guy. I was kind of hoping he would play just poorly enough to get the Giants to send him back to Fresno where he could play everyday.

I agree that that's exactly what needs to happen with "Kevbo" as the Giants already have Feliz and Aurelia to be utility replacements. If anything happens injury wise, Keven can be called up from a starting position to be a starter for the Giants.

I also think since he did well against AAA and AFL pitching, keeping him in the minors will build confidence as well as allow him to develope his OBP skills.
