The final Giants' pitcher of the day was Brian Wilson. He also had an easy 1-2-3 inning on 13 pitches. One encouraging note to Wilson's performance is that he went 3-1 to the leadoff batter, but battled back to induce an easy flyball to CF on a full-count. Also, unlike Taschner, Wilson faced Oscar Robles, Geoff Blum and Pete Laforest.....all of whom have Major League resumes.
