Someone I haven't seen before. This is Francis Beltran (pictured with Coach Tim Flannery). Beltran is a 29 year old non-roster invitee who had a cup of coffee with Detroit last year, pitching 13 innings with a 4.85 ERA and a 1.46 WHIP.
