Next to the mound was Jonathan Sanchez. Sanchez was right around the plate and mixed his pitches up a little. He faced a new group of batters and they were swinging the bat more than group #1 was. Sanchez have up quite a bit of contact, but no real loud contact. I would guess he was throwing less than 100%, but it could be that he was just throwing really relaxed. Either way, he looked good.

He does have an easy motion. It doesn't look like he's throwing that hard, but the ball gets on players in a hurry. That's why he gets a lot of swing-thrus.
