A couple of photos of the 6 million dollar man, Buster Posey. In the one photo he is with San Jose/Augusta catcher Jackson Williams. Buster has a classic swing. This photo in the cage reminds me of a right-handed version of Will Clark's finishing position. Although he is not supposed to be counted on to provide big power numbers, Posey put a ball out to straight-away LF for the Giants' very first HR of the spring. That was on about his 4th swing. Later he put another one out to almost the same spot for the only 2 Giant HRs of the day. He was spraying line drives gap to gap from the moment he first stepped into the box.

Buster Posey!
My expectations are high on this kid!
Nice picture by the way! :)
I like the fact that you can at least see the names on the back of the jersey.
That is indeed Billy Hayes.
Can this kid play first? We have plenty of catcher prospects.
I'm sorry, but I don't think you waste that arm at first base. Maybe 3rd base or SS or CF, but not 1B.
Hank, you nailed it the Will-Clark-look-alike comment. And he's wearing #22??? Loved to see the Buster photos, but especially your written report. Sounds very promising!
Elli....actually he is wearing 28.
Hey, stupid question perhaps, but is that Buster on the left or the right. The kid on the left really looks like he's got a frame to grow into.
Ronnie Ray looks like a pretty good sized kid......
Buster is on the right in that photo. I believe the entry says that Jackson Williams, the C at SJ last season is on the left.
Isn't posey on the left, without the hat?
Posey is the one WITH the hat on....on the right.
