Jack Taschner signing autographs. Jack not only signed autographs for everyone who wanted one.....he stood there and talked with the fans for another 10 minutes after he had signed everything they had.

Jack is one of the best at signing at AT&T. After he runs and throws he always goes over to the left field corner and works his way back to the dugout, signing and talking to the fans all the way.He is a real nice guy and I wish him well in 2008
I like him too, but he's on very thin ice. The one thing in his favour, though he might not see it like that, is that he's still got a minor league option left. So if he has a poor spring or early start to the season the Giants can send him to Fresno to straighten himself out without having to put him through waivers.
I have been a Giants fan for as long as I can remember. I have had Giants Regular Season Tickets for 25 years (since 1985) and Spring Training Season Tickets since the "new" Scottsdale Stadium opened in 1992. I have gone to Spring Training every year, except the strike year, since 1987. I go to A LOT of Giants games. I also go to Arizona for the Arizona Fall League every October/November. I figure I attended about 125-130 games in calendar year 2008......almost all of them involving Giants players. Baseball is a great game.....Giants' baseball is the best part of a great game!

Wish he was as good a reliever as he is an autograph signer.
:)
I think he's all right. Steve Klein is probably more likely to get DFA'd than Taschner is to get sent down.
Incidentally, I agree, he is a thoroughly nice guy.
