I was so bored by the lecture Flannery was giving the pitchers that I went for a little walk. I found a vantage point I hadn't known about before. This is from the top corner of the 1B bleachers as far away from home plate as you can get. To the left is the gang pitching mounds I talked about a couple of days ago (in the far left is the rear corner of the elevated patio area). In the middle is the practice infield. The grass you see in the foreground is left field of the practice field. It is still hard to see details and take decent photos from up there.....but at least I can see what is going on. I hate to make a full-time job out of this....but maybe I should take binoculars when I go to the practices.
