I am posting this so that regular readers won't have to keep coming back today wondering if I have posted the update yet. I have 5 or 6 days a year where I wake up in the morning and my back tells me "Guess what buddy, you ain't going nowhere today". Today is one of those days. So no Spring Training photos today. Sorry.
Usually with a little stretching/back cracking, rest and ibuprofen it lasts only 1 day....sometimes 2. Hopefully, I will be "back" on it tomorrow.....pun intended.

Some guy named McNamee told me a supplement called "HGH" would help a fellow heal faster. But he told me not to take it. So I did. You should too.
