Armando Benitez with a few other pitchers. He is not quite as heavy as I expected. Funny though.....he participated in stretching exercises and played catch....but he DID NOT run or take agility drills with the team nor did he participate in the pickoff drills.

He obviously didn't run to hide his true inner out-of-shapeness (is that a word?). Wait till April and we'll see.
