A ground ball entering the glove of Kevin Frandsen. Look at the position of his feet....too close together. Although Frandsen is a very good fielder, he is subject to the occasional defensive lapse. I have noticed in my photos that his footwork tends to be unorthodox. Could be the reason for the occasional problems.

I agree. It appears to me he is careless with his feet and hasn't learned to routinely place his feet in the same, balanced position.
You can take grounders all day, but if your feet are out of position that will cause you to boot a few.
