Tyler Walker, also coming off of Tommy John surgery is also throwing from a windup. I would put his effort at a little higher than Valdez.....maybe 75-80%? He was throwing the ball awful hard for having had TJ surgery just 5 months ago. Both Walker & Valdez were throwing to trainers not to catchers......but the trainers were in a squat and using catcher's mitts.
